Rx standards will be same as the Open. If you have seen it in the Open, it is fair game. Scaled Standards are Thruster 65/45 Ring Rows Push-ups Front Squat to depth (95/65) We will be cutting it off to 18 RX teams and 12 Scaled so this will sell out quickly once we post the link!
