Here at CrossFit Earned we deliver a variety of experiences to meet the needs of everyone who walks through our doors. From private, individual training sessions to Adult Group Classes and everywhere in between; our goal is provide our members with simple, eloquent and effective training that leaves them feeling accomplished, confident and

 

Kids Program (4-8 years old)

Designed to develop a passion for exercise and a lifelong habit of working hard, our kids program is simple, effective and incredibly fun.

Middle School (9-13 years old)

Designed to lay the foundation necessary for lifelong commitment to hard work and progress, not perfection, our middle school program encourages and teaches the fundamentals of weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. With these two elements combined, the rate of improvement for the participants of this program is unlike anything around.

High School (14-17 years old)

Building off the success of the middle school program, this group focusses on strength development, injury prevention and basic aerobic conditioning to create tough, fit and coordinated human beings that will eventually be able to seamlessly move into group classes once they are of age.

Private Training/On-Ramp

Available on a case-by-case basis to suit the needs/schedules of individuals looking to increase their fitness, learn the in’s and out’s of CrossFit and accelerate their journey to a fitter, stronger version of themselves.

The beauty of CrossFit lies in the shared experience of group classes. Sweating next to others creates a sense of camaraderie that is seldom seen outside the field of team sports or military unit interaction. By celebrating the success of others as much as our own, we create an environment of contagious and motivating positivity and encouragement.
